The Tarot Twos: Pithy (and not-so-pithy) meanings
The Tarot TWO cards are about choices and decisions (among other things), and the following are pithy meanings for them based on this numerological association. These meanings were also inspired by material I read today in Love is Letting Go of Fear by Gerald G. Jampolsky, a quick little book I highly recommend. (By the way, as you read these meanings, note how they are all interconnected.)
Two of Wands:
Are you choosing cooperation or conflict?
The former comes from love; the latter, fear.
Two of Cups:
Are you choosing love or fear?
The former leads to peace; the latter, conflict.
Two of Swords:
Are you choosing peace of mind or anxiety?
The former indicates a sense of unity with Life; the latter, separation from unity.
Two of Pentacles:
Are you choosing generosity or selfishness?
The former arises from a prosperity consciousness; the latter, a scarcity consciousness.
A final note: For all of these choices, you can only choose one or the other at any given time. So ask yourself these questions often and make the right decisions so that you can banish fear and anxiety from your life and gain love, peace, and joy instead.
