What does the Six of Pentacles mean?

July 14, 2015

Here is a pithy meaning for the Six of Pentacles:
“Beware of Greeks bearing gifts.” — Traditional proverb

Note that this may be considered to be a meaning for this card in its reversed or negative aspect.  I might be even more inclined to see it in this light if it is adjacent to a card like the Seven of Swords or the Moon card.

(Note: I might also see this interpretation in the Six of Cups.)
