What does the Ace of Cups mean?

May 4, 2016

Ace of Cups -- Tarot of the MastersToday’s pithy meaning, which is for the Ace of Cups, comes from an article titled “The Relationship Between Self-Compassion & Procrastination.”

“Take a self-compassion break many times a day so that it becomes an automatic positive resource [whenever you] encounter … negative thoughts and states of mind.” — Linda Graham

So, how do you take a self-compassion break?  See the section of this article titled “Five steps to self-compassion.”  You might also find it useful to consider a blog post of mine from about a year ago in which I related a way to develop self-love using something called The Three A’s.
