What does the Eight of Pentacles mean?

October 25, 2016

Tarot of the Masters -- Eight of Coins / PentaclesHere is a pithy meaning for the Eight of Pentacles:
Are you going for quantity or quality?

This card reminds of a line from the 1981 movie “Rich and Famous.” One of the characters, a critically acclaimed author, complains about her friend, who has become wealthy writing trashy novels, saying, “she churns them out like little sausages.”

Note: Each of these pithy Tarot meanings is just one facet of its card. Find more of them on my Card Meanings page.  Also, get my Pithy Tarot eBook and LIKE my Pithy Tarot Facebook page!
