What does the Page of Swords mean?
Here is a pithy meaning for the Page of Swords:
Untended, psychological wounds from our childhood result in inexplicable sorrow when we are adults. The deeper the wounds, the deeper the sorrows will be.
Actually, all of the Pages, when reversed or in a problematic aspect, can indicate some form of an abused childhood. So, in addition to the psychologically abused childhood of the Page of Swords, the Page of Pentacles might indicate physical abuse, the Page of Cups, emotional abuse, and the Page of Wands, sexual abuse.
