What does the Six of Swords mean?

April 14, 2017

Six of Swords -- Tarot of the MastersHere is a pithy meaning for the Six of Swords:
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” — Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning

Man’s Search for Meaning is a classic book—an inspirational guidepost for anyone on a spiritual path—that was written by a Jewish man who had just lost everything in the Holocaust. I highly recommend it. If you want to get a quick glimpse into Frankl’s work and philosophy, I also recommend a short article titled Viktor Frankl and the Search for Meaning.
PS: A few years ago I posted a similar pithy meaning for the Six of Swords that also comes from this book.
